Terms & Conditions:
1. All Bank draft charges and SWIFT account charges to be borne by the participant.
2. All Payments must reach NGF for participant enrolment 2 weeks before event but no later than February 2nd, 2010.
3. If you pay by credit card we will charge your card 4 weeks before the event (January 19th, 2010).
4. Cancellation: Once registered, cancellation is allowed until 4 weeks before the event free of charge, payments will be refunded accordingly. Delegate substitutions are allowed.
5. If owing to unforeseen circumstances the event is cancelled or postponed, the organisers are not liable for any administrative/travel/accommodation expenses incurred by the participants or their companies.
6. All participants need to bring a copy of the payment details to the venue as proof of enrolment along with a valid ID. The applicant is only eligible to participate in the event after the organizer has received the full payment.
7. Attendees are responsible to apply for a visa on time. The organizer does not accept cancellations due to declined visas.
