Participation fee for conference delegates: 250 EUR

The fee includes:

Access to all conference sessions and foyer exposition

^{1. All Bank draft charges and SWIFT account charges to be borne by the participant.}
^{2. All Payments must reach NGF for participant enrolment 2 weeks before event but no later than February 2nd, 2010.}
^{3. If you pay by credit card we will charge your card 4 weeks before the event (January 19th, 2010).}
^{4. Cancellation: Once registered, cancellation is allowed until 4 weeks before the event free of charge, payments will be refunded accordingly. Delegate substitutions are allowed.}
^{5. If owing to unforeseen circumstances the event is cancelled or postponed, the organisers are not liable for any administrative/travel/accommodation expenses incurred by the participants or their companies.}
^{6. All participants need to bring a copy of the payment details to the venue as proof of enrolment along with a valid ID. The applicant is only eligible to participate in the event after the organizer has received the full payment.}
^{7. Attendees are responsible to apply for a visa on time. The organizer does not accept cancellations due to declined visas.}
